Playing With Texture
This artist book is named “Playing With Texture”. It lives in a box covered in purple and green book cloth. Inside the box is an appropriate paper white with raised pink circle texture. There are 3 small accordion books inside. One has different types of screen covered with flax paper pulp, mesh and graph paper. A second book has linen threads and Italian swirl design paper. The last book is covered with tea bags. SIZE of the box is 4.5” x 5.25” x 2.5”. The accordion books are 4.5” tall, 3.5” wide and the largest is 12” open. This art has shown in juried shows in galleries in Amherst, MA and Woodstock, VT.
