This hand-sewn journal is covered with a Florentine paper that I bought on a trip to Florence, Italy.  It is sewn in the coptic stitch with a blue-green linen thread that picks up the blues and green in the cover pattern.  The coptic stitch allows the book to open completely flat for easy use.  Inside covers are a light blue and there are 112 blank pages.  Size is 4" x 5.5".
