This hand-sewn journal has printed cover paper that I recently purchased in Easthampton. The paper has large colored butterflies: turquoise, yellow, green and purple colors against a white background. The book is hand-sewn in the coptic stitch binding with same color linen threads. Coptic Stitch enables the book to open completely flat for easy writing or drawing. Variation #1 has endpapers that are turquoise Lama Li paper and 128 text pages that are Strathmore drawing paper. SIZE is 7” square. Variation #2 has a turquoise colored back cover and endpapers are yellow. Linen thread is turquoise and yellow. Both blank and lined papers are inside. SIZE is 8.25” x 5.5”.
