These two small hand-sewn journals have computer cards that I bought at a market. They are called Hollerith Cards that were first used in the 1940’s. There are 2 variations: one is 3.5 inches square with the cards folded around the signatures and the other has cards pasted on the covers-Size of the second variation is 3.5” x 4”.
