This hand-sewn journal has a vintage photograph of an unknown woman set into the cover.  I found the photo in a little book shop in Shelburne Falls, MA.  The surrounding color is  plum lama li paper.  The book is sewn in the same color in the coptic stitch which enables the book to open completely flat.  Inside covers are a darker burgundy with silver Hanji Korean paper that my husband bought for me in South Korea.  112 blank text pages are "toned tan"  Strathmore paper.  Size is 4.5" x 5.75"
