This is a hand-sewn music journal with 112 pages of music composition paper inside.  The front cover has a vintage card imbedded into the binders board.  It is called Fiddler on Music Stand "Holiday Goods for the Millions" by H.M. Smith.  I bought the card at a convention where they were selling old books and vintage cards.  Underneath the card and on the back is paper that is a copy of old vintage pictures - violins and woodwind instruments.  Inside covers have beige paper pasted on them.  The book is sewn in the coptic stitch with beige linen thread.  The book opens completely flat for music or written entries.  Size is 4" x 5.75".  A great gift for a music lover or your music teacher.
