This accordion book was made is response to politics in 2016. “Wall” paper is on the front and back covers with a metal grid window on the back cover. The words “Resist” show through the jail window with a pink background (the color of the protest hats from the marches). Inside is painting and walnut ink across the pages. Words such as asylum, wall, amnesty, sanctuary and immigrant family are collaged in the paintings.
