Refunds
Passionato Books will pack all items securely and in perfect condition when shipped. If an item gets damaged in transit, I will refund your money or send you another to replace it.
Exchanges
To exchange a book, the purchased book must be in the exact same condition as it was when received. If the book has been used, I cannot exchange it.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you are unhappy with a purchased item, you can return it within 15 days in the SAME condition you received it, and your money will be refunded (minus the shipping cost) as soon as I receive the product back.
