Shipping
Priority mail comes with all purchases to USA addresses. I will strive to get purchases in the mail in 1 - 3 business days unless I am away.
I can gladly expedite shipping at the customers request and charge accordingly. If I have a tracking number, I will forward that to the customer.
Returns
Passionato Books will pack all items securely and in perfect condition when shipped. If an item gets damaged in transit, I will refund your money or send you another to replace it.
To exchange a book, the purchased book must be in the exact same condition as it was when received. If the book has been used, I cannot exchange it.
