This is a bit of an experimental book. It is sewn in the coptic stitch on 2 sides so that there are 2 stacks of paper inside. The back is a solid piece and the front cover looks like French Doors. The sewing is with purple linen thread and this sewing style enables both sections to open flat. The cover is marbled paper that has been over-layered with paste paper painting. Each side has 60 pages of blank Strathmore drawing paper. A braid of orange thread acts as a tie. SIZE is 5” square.
