This hand-sewn journal is covered with a marbled paper that I bought in Florence, Italy.  There are several colors-green, orange, blue and purple and looks to me like a turbulent night sky or just a beautiful abstract painting.  Inside covers are orange and it is sewn with orange linen thread in the coptic stitch.  This style allows the book to open completely flat.  There are 128 blank pages for writing or drawing; even pen and ink.  Size is 5.5" x 4".
