This pamphlet journal has houses on the cover.  The paper was designed by an artist at Spoonflower - a company that designs fabric and paper.  There are 48 lined pages inside that are sewed together down the center with linen thread.  The fly leaf page is turquoise and the inside paste down black paper.  The spine is covered with matching turquoise book cloth.  A fun gift for someone moving or an architect.  The size is 8.75" x 5.5".
