This hand-sewn journal is sewn in the pamphlet style, which means the paper is sewn right down the middle with purple linen thread.   The cover has a beautiful hand made purple paper with green book cloth over the spine.  The inside cover is covered with green paper and the 24 pages are wrapped in a purple paper.  The pages are unique in the book because they are water color paper for painting.  A purple ribbon is added to close it up when you are finished.  Size is 5.5" x 6.5"- a nice size to take while traveling.
